Although there is a long history of rivalries between China and Japan, a space for the cooperation between the two great nations still exists.

Both China and Japan meet a similar barrier to their further development that is the intervention from the United States.

Everyone knows the United States is the supreme power on the Earth, and she is expected to maintain her predominance by all means. At the 80's, the United States deliberately affected Japanese Yen to appreciate thus to suppress Japanese export, and she attempted the same trick to affect that of China in recent time.

Obviously, the reason for the cooperation between China and Japan is very adequate, all we need to achieve that is to sit and talk together with peace and trust.

I believe that China and Japan should settle their arguments and conventions before they can achieve any real cooperation. So I suggest calling an official negotiation on the basis of mutual benefit and peace to settle the convention over the oceanic border between China and Japan.

I am not glad to see the two nations to be intervened by the United States, and American is now arousing the hostility between China and Japan deliberately. I sincerely hope we will stand together to against the dirty and merciless hands of the United States someday. Thank you.
