I don't know how long you were in Japan, where you are now and how often you visit to Japan. You may not know the Japanese society has been changing rapidly since the late 90's and no one believe our future is bright if only we could find a boss, eat and sleep.

Do you know many young Japanese have startup the companies with strong entrepreneurial spirits? Can you believe the financial institutions are taking risks of them with risk controls? Japanese companies changed the compensation structure, how?

We learned a lot through the experience we had in 90's.
