From my information, the begining of demonstration was stared from Northern India where close to Dalai-Lama stays.
Of Course, It was not riot, very peaceful demonnstration.
However, the action of demonnstration was agaist treaty between Dalai-Lama and Indian Government.
So, Indian police arrested 100 monks at that time.
This thing happens at 3/13 one day before the clash happens in Tibet.
Then, almost at the same time, the clash in Tibet occurs, New Deli's Chinese Embassy were occupied by Tibet People.
Probably as you have seen already, the picture showed Tibet people's agressiveness.

Actuarry, the picture of waht happens in China is kind of under the darkness. So, I don't really know what happens in China at that time.
Of course, I've seen a lot of picture from everywhere.

So my belief forcus into Dalai-Lama's Reaction and Chinese Government.
First of all, I could see what kind of situation Chinese Government face, such as all the media forcusing on China's Human Rights Treatment and agressiveness of their army, and also what they can't do which they can't be agressive kike before.
Also, I knew, Chinese governmet have realized US Pentagon can see cleary what happens in Tibet by Satelight.
Therefore, my conclusion among Chinese government comes up that they will treat this clash like US Government do such as "first, freeze, then shoot if they don't listen".
Secound, about "riot or demonstration".
I think this was riot starting from Tibet people.
Only the proof I could see, is the occupation of Chinese Embassey in New Deli.
And also, the Picture from Tibet which Chinese government showed can see that monk attacking Police team, and breaking down the shops of Chinese People.
Probably, they tells the truth, but they might hide the picture of arresting and shoot which they don't want to show to our media.
Probably even if they used unkilling weapon, our media might show like useing killing weapon. However, this action could take as self-defense if same thing happens in our country. Unless, the damage of riot keep expanding. But we wouldn't see as self-defense, becaouse we have prejudice among Chinese government.
That's way I can't really blame on Chinese Government.
