この数字はTAR（チベット自治区）の総人口だろう。

根拠は、まえの私の投稿で

1959年のTARのチベット族の人口=1,273,969
1988年のTARのチベット族の人口=200万人

と成っていること。

＞According to China's State Statistical Bureau, the "TAR" had 1,273,969 people in November 1959. Tibetan areas of Kham then named as Xikang by China had 3,381,064 Tibetans. In Qinghai and other Tibetan areas incorporated into Gansu, Tibetans were reported to number 1,675,534. If the total of these three figures are taken, the Tibetan population then stood at 6,330,567. つまり、1990年のTAR（チベット自治区）の総人口約459.33万人
のうち、チベット族が1988年と変わらず、200万人とすると、
残りの約260万人が漢族(及びその他の少数民族)となる計算になるな。
