Foolish enough, religion is forbidden in Communist China. The temples are just ancient remains. The Communism is the religion itself in China. Many Chinese activists claimed freedom of religion to the Communists, some of them burning themselves, but most of them were put in jail. Human rights are extremely infringed in Communist China.
