You said that Japan is a democratic country,then why the secondary teachers whose refused to sing the national anthem which praising the Japanese imperialism and militarism are serevely punished.A democracy country won't forced its people what they don't want to do? People have the right to do anything or say anything without breaking the law or harm other people.
