It`s unhuman to do such a evil thing like killing a animal in this way

There is in fact the law in Sweden to protect the rights of animal

Anyone can inform to the goverment official about animal abuse

I heard that one neighbour has benn arrested because of beating his own dog at home . One of his neighbour has sent to TV station the film which has been filmed during that terrible happning
