先日、大変ささやかですが、貴重な経験をしましたのでご報告いたします。
尚、『世界人』と称する狂人が英語を云々されておりますの、拙文ではございますが、英文を併記させていただきました。多分内容は判ると思います。

On last Monday, about 6:30pm, I got on the train (I am sure you all can imagine how it was crowded) and sat down at the end of the sheet. A young woman stood at my side. After departure the station, she took out the cell phone suddenly from the baggage, and started speaking using Korean language.
As you know, using cell phone on the train is forbidden (in Japan at least). Of course, you should have experience seeing some Japanese use it too. But normaly they make an effort to reduce the time for speaking.

However, she was different. She had been speaking about 10min, and never stopped until warned by another passenger. I have never seen such a person who ignored the basic manner.

Of course, there is a possibility she could not understand Japanese announcement that using cell phone is forbidden. But I am sure she should know it. Because she caught call again just before took off the train, and started speaking Japanese that has particular feature of Korean accent. Of course, I was surprised she didn't turn off her cell phone even after warned.

I heard Korean is named by ancient China that is the country who has politeness, but now I could know Korean manner (or politeness) means ignoring the manner in different country and culture.

先日の月曜日に電車に乗ったときの出来事です。夕刻の混んだ電車の席の端を何とか確保し、雑誌を読んでいたところ、突然隣に立っていた若い女性が携帯電話で明らかにハングルで話し始めました。

彼女はおよそ10分間、混んだ電車の社内で話しつづけ、結局傍の若い男性に注意されるまで話しつづけました。

もちろん日本人にも電車で携帯を使う人は居ますが、大抵電車内であることを告げて、出来るだけ早く切ろうとします。私は未だかつてこれほど傍若無人にマナーを無視した例を見たことがありません。

もちろん彼女がハングルしか理解できない可能性を指摘される方も居るかもしれませんが、それはありません。なぜなら彼女は電車を降りる直前に再び携帯を取り、今度は日本語（明らかに朝鮮系のなまり）で話し始めたのです。つまり彼女は注意された後も携帯の電源を切る（つまり反省する）ことすらしていなかった訳です。

きっと中国から『東方礼儀の国』とか言われていたらしいですが、『他国の礼儀は無視する国』の間違いでしょうね。
