中国の反日デモ 一部暴徒化

中国は、1992年、「領海法」（『中華人民共和国領海及び接続水域法』）を全国人民代表者会議常任委員会で決定し、尖閣諸島を自国領海に編入している。

この「領海法」第２条で、中国は尖閣列島ばかりでなく、南沙、西沙諸島な
どベトナム、フィリピンと領有を争う島嶼も一方的に自国領に編入している。

そして、「領海法」公布後、軍隊を派遣し、それらの島嶼の多くを占領して
しまった。

Article 2 The territorial sea of the People's Republic of China is the sea belt adjacent to the land territory and the internal waters of the People's Republic of China.


中華人民共和国的陸地包括中華人民共和国大陸及其沿海島嶼、台湾及其包括釣魚島（注；尖閣列島）在内的附属各島、澎湖列島、東沙群島、西沙群島、中沙群島、南沙群島以其他一切属于中華人民共和国的島嶼。


The land territory of the People's Republic of China includes the mainland of the People's Republic of China and its coastal islands; Taiwan and all islands appertaining thereto including the Diaoyu Islands; the Penghu Islands; the Dongsha Islands; the Xisha Islands; the Zhongsha Islands and the Nansha Islands; as well as all the other islands belonging to the People's Republic of China.

　 中国がベトナム、フィリピンを奪取した方式は 　 ①目的地に漁船を集結させ、②漁民を島嶼に上陸させ、③漁民保護の名目で軍隊を派遣し、目的地を占領してしまうというものである。占領の過程では、中国側は果断に武力を行使し、相手側を圧倒している。

尖閣列島の奪取においても、中国は同様の方式をとることが予想される。また、日本側が防衛体制を構築することに対しては、外交的圧力、中国本土や国際社会におけるデモ、宣伝等による威圧があるだろう。

中国の尖閣奪取の意図はゆるぎない。
中国の国家意志として、国を挙げて、行われているものである。

日本はあらゆる手段を通して、尖閣を守らなくてはならない。武力の行使をためらってはいけない。一瞬の躊躇が取り返しのつかない失態を招くことになる。

領土というものは、血を流す覚悟がなければ、守れないことを肝に銘じておくべきだ。
