中国の反日デモ 一部暴徒化

中国は、1992年、全国人民代表者会議で、尖閣列島を自国領海に編入する

「領海法」（『華中人民共和国領海及び接続水域法』）を決定している。

　 この「領海法」第2条では、尖閣列島のみならず、南シナ海の南沙諸島、

西沙諸島等の およびそれらに付随する島嶼が含まれている。

これらの島嶼は、ベトナムおよびフィリピン等が領有を主張してしいたが、

「領海法」制定後、中国は軍隊を派遣し、両国の軍隊、および漁民を排除し

完全に領土化してしまった。

　 中国の領土拡張政策は一貫してゆるぎない。

Article 2 The territorial sea of the People's Republic of China is the sea belt adjacent to the land territory and the internal waters of the People's Republic of China.


中華人民共和国的陸地領土包括中華人民共和国大陸及其沿海島嶼、台湾及其包括的釣魚島（注：尖閣列島）在内的附属各島、澎湖列島、東沙群島、西沙群島、中沙群島、南沙群島以其他一切属于中華人民共和国的島嶼。


The land territory of the People's Republic of China includes the mainland of the People's Republic of China and its coastal islands; Taiwan and all islands appertaining thereto including the Diaoyu Islands; the Penghu Islands; the Dongsha Islands; the Xisha Islands; the Zhongsha Islands and the Nansha Islands; as well as all the other islands belonging to the People's Republic of China.


中华人民共和国领海基线向陆地一侧的水域为中华人民共和国的内水。

中国の南シナ海で見られた領土奪取の方式は、①大量の漁船を目的地に集結させ、②隙をみて漁民を上陸させ、③軍隊を漁民保護の名目で派遣し、完全に領土化すると、いうものである。

尖閣列島に対しても上記の方策が適用されると、見てよい。日本側が防衛体制を整備することについては、あらゆる外交的圧力や本国のデモなどを利用しての威圧・妨害が行われるだろう。

日本は、国際法を順守し、あらゆる手段を尽くして、尖閣列島を守らなけれ

ばいけない。武力の行使を躊躇してはいけない。

中国は尖閣を国家の意志として、国を挙げて、奪取に来ているということを

日本人は一刻も忘れてはいけない。」
