外国人差別とスルガ銀行

まり子さんは在日外国人です。
東京生まれの東京育ちです。
まり子さんは最近，盗難にあいました。
犯人は銀行です。
ある銀行がまり子さんの個人情報を盗んだのです。
被害者は，まり子さんだけではありません。
その銀行は組織的に個人情報を盗み続けていたのです。
本籍情報を収集することは法律で禁止されているため,
他の銀行は運転免許証の本籍欄を見ることはありませんが，
その銀行だけは，日本で唯一，本籍欄を盗み見ていたのです。
犯人はスルガ銀行です。
スルガ銀行は，まり子さんの本籍欄を盗み見ると，今度は，
「エイリアンカードを見せろ」
という紙切れを まり子さんに送り付けました。
エイリアンカードを見せなければ預金口座を作らせない
というのです。
このような差別銀行は，日本で唯一，スルガ銀行だけでした。
スルガ銀行は，まり子さんの個人情報を盗んだ上に，
さらに犯行を重ねようとしていたのです。
スルガ銀行（代表者岡野光喜）は，天罰により，
平成１９年１２月に，
差別規定の廃止に追い込まれました。

Suruga Bank (President Mitsuyoshi Okano) denied minority a savings account in 2007. To gather sensitive information is prohibited by the law. Ethnic backgroud is sensitive information. The bank broke the law and got personal information illegally. Minority civil rights organization VAIBS filed a lawsuit against the illegal bank over [[ID theft]]. After the lawsuit the illegal bank was forced to abolish the ID theft policy. VAIBS movement is similar to [[Greensboro Sit-Ins]].

*In 1998 a Brazilian lady was denied entry to a jewelry store in Japan because she was not a Japanese. The shop owner pointed to a sign: “No foreigners allowed in this store.” The Brazilian protested, but the owner called police. She filed a lawsuit, and won. *In 1998, [[Debito Arudou]], an American-born Japanese, and his family were denied entry to a public bath because he did not look like a Japanese (he was a white). He protested, but a public bath person said, "We fear a disease." [[Debito Arudou]] filed a lawsuit, and won.
*In 2004 an African-American was denied to entry to an eyeglasses store because he was a black. The store owner said, “Get out of here. I hate black people. Don’t touch the door." Mr. McGowan finally won the lawsuit.
