イスラエル側が暫定国境の「イスラエル側」で作業するとUNIFILに伝える

UNIFILはレバノン側に伝える
↓
レバノン側が現場の部隊に伝え忘れる
↓
現地のレバノン軍はブルー・ライン（暫定国境の目印）を見落とし、
イスラエル側に居るイスラエル軍に対し攻撃、イスラエル反撃

結論：誰がどう見てもレバノンが悪い

レバノンは慌てて「UNIFILが一緒に作業しててくれれば〜」と言い訳始めてるが、言い訳として苦しすぎる
