▲今週の２日前の木曜日、人権保護で有名なアムネスティがパレスチナ人による自爆テロ攻撃を糾弾する報告書を発表した。

アムネスティは国連も認める国際人権団体であるが、日本のメディアはパレスチナ擁護派が多いため、パレスチナ過激派のハマスなどと連動して、これに反発しているのが明らかとなった形だ♪♪
▲話は逸れるが、木曜日夜中の NHK の中東問題の論説では、珍しくアラファト議長に辛口であったが、結果として「和平はイスラエルのパレスチナ自治区からの撤退しかない」と締めくくり、このパレスチナ過激派の自爆テロについての言及はなく、ガッカリさせた。
特に朝日ちゃんは、「パレスチナの反撃は、武装で劣るパレスチナ人の反撃手段は自爆攻撃しかない」との認識で一致し、関係のない一般市民を狙った無差別攻撃を、時には自爆テロの女性の写真を掲載したりしてネットで垂れ流しし、プロパガンダの役割を担ってきた。
今回のアムネスティの報告は、これに逆向したものであり、「自爆攻撃もやむなし」とするパレスチナ・ファンに一考を投げかけたものである。

JERUSALEM (AP) - Amnesty International condemned Palestinian suicide bombings against Israelis Thursday, calling them crimes against humanity and declaring in a report that no Israeli military action justified the killing of civilians.
国際アムネスティは木曜日、パレスチナ人の自爆攻撃を人間性に対する犯罪と呼び、イスラエル軍の行動が市民の殺害を正当化しなかったという報告において宣言するイスラエル人に対してそれを非難した。
"The attacks against civilians by Palestinian armed groups are widespread, systematic and in pursuit of an explicit policy to attack civilians," the Amnesty report said. "They constitute crimes against humanity ... . They may also constitute war crimes."
「パレスチナ武装集団による市民を狙った攻撃は広範囲に渡る。 組織的、そして市民を攻撃すべき明白な方針を求めて」とアムネスティは報告書で述べた。 「彼等は人間性に対して犯罪を犯しし ．．． 彼等はまた、戦争犯罪を犯そうとしている。」
Amnesty urged the Palestinian Authority ( news - web sites) to arrest and try Palestinians involved in such attacks.
アムネスティはパレスチナ自治政府に、そのような攻撃に関連しているパレスチナ人等を逮捕し、そう試みるよう促した。
Many bomb attacks have also hit buses or cafes where a small number of uniformed soldiers may be present among a larger group of civilians.
多くの爆弾攻撃は、また、市民が集まる大きな集団の中にわずかな制服を着た軍人しかいないバスや喫茶店に打撃を与えた。
Amnesty said all such attacks were unjustified.
アムネスティによれば、全てのそのような攻撃は正当化されない。
"The occasional presence of soldiers among passengers on ordinary commuter buses ... or shoppers in a market does not make such venues legitimate targets for attacks," the Amnesty report said.
「普通通勤バスの乗客等の中に、時折の兵士の存在 ．．． あるいはマーケットにおける買い物客を狙って、攻撃の正当な目標にそのような犯行地にしない」とアムネスティ報告は述べた。
