＞イスラエル軍は７日夜、隣国レバノンの首都ベイルート近郊のパレスチナ過激派拠点を空爆したと発表した。同日朝、レバノンから複数のロケット弾が発射され、うち１発が地中海上のイスラエル軍哨戒艇の近くに落下したことへの報復だとしている。ベイルートからの報道によると、拠点は無人で、死傷者はなかったという。イスラエルが敵対国の中心部で空爆を行うのは昨年１０月のシリア空爆以来。

＞ロイター通信が伝えたレバノン治安筋の情報では、７日午後１０時ごろ（日本時間８日午前４時ごろ）、ベイルートの南約２０キロのナアメ村でイスラエル空軍機が４発のミサイルを発射した。同村には「パレスチナ解放人民戦線総司令部派」（ＰＦＬＰ・ＧＣ、本部・ダマスカス）の拠点がある。

＞ただ、同日朝のロケット弾発射についてイスラエル軍は「パレスチナ人組織によるもの」とだけ述べており、同派が関与したものかどうかははっきりしていない。 (06/08 10:22)

BEIRUT, Lebanon - Hezbollah guerrillas and Israeli troops fired rockets and shells at each other across the south Lebanon border Tuesday, a day after the deepest Israeli airstrike into Lebanon in four years.
