日本は何故、反省しないのか？

Good morning.I have a slight time now and reply to you.

Even if one thousand years pass,it is only natural that Japan become the focus of criticism for annexiation treaty and colonial period,how much more must the present day when people who experience the period are still alive.

It is impossible that Japanese technical cooperation to Korea eliminate the past misdeed. Moreover,Japanese economical help to foreign countries including technical cooperation is a means of dipromacy ,which is the only alternative because this country is not allowed to move its own troops.This is a favorable concept that a nation attempt to rise a position in international society by use of the forth except military.But nevertheless,repeating the same thing,the help can not wipe out japanese past guilt.

You say Korea is not independent.But is there varidity in what you saying?What do you mean by "independency"?
I don't like the people belong to the country which depends on other country for the most of national defence to call other one "not independent".
