日本は何故、反省しないのか？

In South-Korea, commercial whaling is prohibited but consumption of whales which are accidentally captured or killed is accepted. According to WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature), the number of whales killed in 1996 in South-Korea is larger than that killed in the year when the commercial whaling was not prohibited. Meanwhile, it was confirmed that whale meat was sold in five South-Korean cities.
