　 強姦をした韓国人留学生の李・イウロン被告に対し裁判官は、卑劣極まり無い許しがたい行為でありと述べた後に三年の実刑判決を言い渡した。韓国人留学生の李・イウロン被告の被害にあった女性は、韓国人の李被告に首を強く絞められ声が出ない状態にされ、ジーンズを脱がそうとした韓国人の李被告に抵抗した際に、お腹を激しく強く噛まれ今でも跡が残り、背中には蹴られた跡もあり、女性器から激しく血が流れるまで（bleeding of the vagina）暴行を受けた。
