竹島

そう。アメリカは故意に「放棄領土」に竹島を加えなかった。そして故意に１条の完全主権を認めた。法的地位の変更がある部分だけを記述する条約の表記形式は一般的。

恥を知るべきは韓国だろう。ラスク書簡、条約後の米大使館からの書簡、ヴァンフリートの勧告。「SF条約で竹島を日本領とする、した」と直接的にアメリカから伝達されているのに、その証拠の隠滅をはかり「SF条約はSCAPINと整合的、鬱稜島の範囲に含まれる」とか捏造。

This was done in response to the ROK protest of the alleged bombing of Dokdo Island by a United States military plane. The United States note of December 4, 1952 states:

"The Embassy has taken note of the statement contained in the Ministry's Note that 　 'Dokdo Island (Liancourt Rocks) .....is a part of the territory of the Republic of Korea.' 　 The United States Government's understanding of the territorial status of this island was stated in Assistant Secretary of State Dean Rusk’s note to the Korean Ambassador in Washington dated August 10,1951."
