But the main difference between those western countries mentioned before and Korea is that in those
western countries, horrifying racist acts and the concept of racism is NOT CONDONED, looked upon
in a very negative way, and a conscious effort is made to try to stamp it out by the rest of the populace.
Also, you would probably have to go out of the way out in some really isolated rural or unprivledged area
where the populace is not very educated about global matters to find such racism thriving. Usually, this
racism is attributed to ignorance and not malice.
