　　　 《＜北核実験＞国情院、咸北花台郡で震度３．５８を観測》

国情院は９日午前、情報委の議員らに「午前１１時ごろ北朝鮮咸境北道花台郡（ハムギョンプクト・ファデグン）隣近で核実験による震度３．５８の人工地震が感知された」と報告した。

大田（テジョン）地震研究所でも「震度３．６程度の人工地震波が観測された」とし「核実験が行われた可能性がある」としていた。

　　　 《北朝鮮北東部でＭ４．９の地震観測 　 気象庁》

　 気象庁は、北朝鮮が核実験を実施したと発表した同国北東部で９日午前１０時３５分ごろ、マグニチュード（Ｍ）４．９の地震を観測したと発表、長野市の「精密地震観測室」などで検知した地震波形を公表した。

　 同庁は「遠方の地震で地震波も微弱なため、現時点では核実験が原因とは断定できない」としたが、自然界の地震で通常発生するＳ波（主要動）と呼ばれる地震波が確認されないと指摘した。

　 同庁によると、震源は東経１２９．２度、北緯４１．２度で、震源の深さは不明。
