I remember reading from Japanese website that the crime rate of foreign people in Japan has been constant while crime-rate overall has risen.

Don't you think it's because YOU tend to remember more of crimes by Koreans?

Do you think it's OK to think all Koreans, or Koreans in general, are convicts or mean, vicious people who are likely to rape and kill?
