Bonzai manager Daniel Park, says he doesn't know the cultural roots of
"body sushi" but insists it is "performance art."

The women, the food and the diners make a
"spontaneous piece of art which changes every time a
piece of fish is taken," he said.

Bonzai chef and owner Jun Hong, a Korean-American,
claims he's helping to popularize Japanese and Asian
culture to people who may never have been exposed to it.

今まで知らなかった人々に日本とアジアのカルチャーを社会に広める
ためにやっていると主張する。

"We've introduced sushi to many people who have
never eaten it before," he says.
