アメリカは北朝鮮の報告を受け、テロ国家指定解除のプロセスに入っただけで、指定解除が決まったわけでは無かったと思いましたが。45日間かけて調査をし、解除してもOKなら解除、駄目なら継続だったかと。で、その45日後というのが北京オリンピックの最中と。
ちなみに、6/26日にこんな大統領令が発令されているもようです。
