Responsibility（工作职责）:
Maintains relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts. Resolves customer issues/problems. This position is primarily responsible for providing proposals, resolving questions/problems; following-up on unresolved issues and identifying opportunities for solutions, including cross selling and up selling opportunities, with a specific focus on outbound lead generation with existing customers.
负责产品/和服务的相关客服工作，包括用户通过电话、邮件、在线等形式的咨询，投诉及建议。确保客户对产品能正确理解与使用;
能通过与客户的沟通，挖掘并有效分析客户的需求，提出对产品和服务的改进建议;
参与服务策划及服务团队的流程建设，提升服务效率与用户满意度
お客さんから電話、ﾒｰﾙあるいはオンラインの形で商品とサービスに関しての質問を答えて、お客さんが商品のことを正しく理解して使用していることを確保します。
お客さんとのコミュニケ―シュンに通して、お客さんの要望を正しく分析し、商品の改善案を出します。
サービス案の作りとサービスチームの参加に通して、サービス効率とお客さんの満足度を高める
Requirement（技能要求）
Provide service to customers within a selected industry thru outbound customer contacts
Solve customer problems in a group with team. Resolving customer questions/problems and follow-ups to ensure that concerns were resolved to the client’s satisfaction.
With basic technical and troubleshooting skills (we will provide training on the professional area), we require an excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese, Japanese (fluent) + English (average)
Working location is in Shanghai, Pudong, Zhangjiang.
