Perhaps English is easier for you so I'll write you back in English.
Well, to be honest with you, tourism in Korea is underdeveloped compared with other countries including Japan.
Japan is still a tough place to visit for a lot of foreign tourists in terms of the level of understandability of English within the country. I admit the point.
But, I'll tell you what...
Korea is perhaps worse than Japan in this respect.
Fortunately, for Japanese tourists visiting South Korea there isn't terrible inconvenience as long as we stay with the tour group. Say, at the duty free shops and gift shops, they are so tactful in using japanese and selling their goods. And in those expensive restaurants for Japanese tourists as well.
As I can speak some English, I tried to communicate with the local people in English, but almost no one could understand me. So, in my second visit to Korea, I studied Korean before the vist. This worked well in talking to local people in Korea.
I never had serious problems in communication in a foreign country even in Southeast Asian countries and East European countries because still some people in those countries understand English to some extent.
But, I perceive Korea as one of the exceptions in those foreign countries that I visited. So, you had better realize the fact that English is not widely understood even in your country.

I don't understand why so many Korean people call us monkey??
Do you think we look like monkeys?
Then do you think you guys are more beautiful creatures or have more human look compared with us?
For me, Korean people's look is bit boring. It seems that in general they have fairer skin colour than us. But, they all quite look the same to me. Im not sure but this is maybe because you have propagated yourself within the peninsula for a long time???
On the contrary, I see more different types of look in my country.
Some of them have typical Japanese look, but some look like traditional Koreans, some of them are similar to Chinese in different regions. Other resemble a bit eastern asians like Thai or phillipinos. Occasionally they look like something else.
In my opinion, we have wider range of people and beauty in my country than in Korea. I think this is a fair opinion and I enjoy this.
Although everyone has black/dark brown hair and brown eyes both in Korean and Japan and it might be quite boring in terms of European's point of view, it is obvious that Japanese has certainly more interesting features than Korean.
Do you still want to call us monkeys? Or are you just jealous with our harmony? Perhaps you are.
In fact you can't even controll your own people, can you? I really think you should give a priority to the unification of your peninsula.
Competing with Japan or other countries should come after this.
Otherwise anything will be difficult to be accomplished as many people in the world think you are the stubborn people who cannot compromise even with the fellow people, and very unfortunately it is the obvious fact...
