内戦の動向だが2回目の停戦は、停戦直後にファタハ2名が殺害されたほかは平静を保っている模様。ただし直接の原因となった選挙の早期開催については双方ともに従来の主張を崩していないため、再燃の可能性は非常に高い。

今回の死者16名を教訓に、暫定連立内閣または実務者内閣が発足すればよいのだが。。
