Dolphinarium attack planner nabbed

Sheikh Sameh, who heads the Hamas terrorist infrastructure in Kalkilya and is suspected of being involved in the planning of the suicide bombing outside the Dolphinarium in Tel Aviv which killed 21 and wounded dozens, was arrested early Wednesday morning by security forces in Kalkilya.
