Today 7 Large adult pilot whales were slaughtered in the cove.
The remaining family was driven back out to sea.
Most were so weak and confused that they struggled to stay afloat.
The killers tormented these whales with their skiffs and tied ropes around their heads to drag them back out to sea.
It was painful to witness such a battle for freedom.
