The Committee agrees that the numbers in Table 9
represent the best available abundance estimates of
Antarctic minke whales in the surveyed areas during
the years of CPII and CPIII.

The new agreed estimates for the survey-once case are
720,000 for CPII (1985/86-1990/91) with 95% CI [512,000, 1012,000],
and 515,000 for CPIII (1992/93-2003/04) with 95% CI [361,000, 733,000].
