14日に出廷したワトソンについて、弁護士のオリバー・ヴァラシュは「彼は（釈放を認めない）裁判所の判断にショックを受けている」と語り、「問題を解決するまでもう一晩拘置所で過ごすことになるかもしれない」とツイートした。
