というわけで、今から南極海調査捕鯨の捕獲数を減らして継続する
というのは「科学的中心内容」にとって無意味なんだね。

かといって現在数を維持するというのも無意味なんだけれど、
農水省、外務省でもそういうことがわかってない人がほとんど
という状況で、どうするんだろうねえ。
