この件については、大日本水産会のエイジェント、米国でのロビースト
と位置づけられているJay Donald Hastings氏が何か書いているようなので、
新内閣の農水相から訊いてもらったらいいかもしれないな。

最近気がついたのだけれど、米国ではこういうふうに明確に外国機関の
利益を代表して米国の議会や官庁に接触する人物は登録して、行動記録を
法務省に提出し、ネットで公開されるようになったのですね。

このヘイスティングス氏、去年ダニエル・ポーリーがグリーンピース・
ジャパンの招待で東京の国連大学ヘ行く前に、２回もポーリーに関する
調査報告を大日本水産会に送ってますね。

論文やエッセイ、政策的な考え方を積極的に全部公開してる学者について、
わざわざ米国在住のロビーストに調査させるというセンスがいやらしいな。
こういう団体に税金注入する必要はないのではないかな？
