N. Korea's nuclear move

North Korea says it will immediately reactivate its nuclear power plants, because of the U.S.-led decision to suspend oil shipments to punish Pyongyang for its recently admitted nuclear weapons program. A U.S. official tells CNN the move is "regrettable and a step in the wrong direction."
