ライス長官は、韓国の空港から真っ先に在韓米軍に行かれたのですね。

訪問国での外交儀式より軍への訪問を、とりわけ韓国軍ではなく米軍への訪問を優先させた。 ほとんど外交儀礼を無視して行なわれた異例の訪問だったみたいですね。

韓国の立場、微妙。。
