I hate to say so ,but your sentence is all wrong.Though I understand the meaning of the words,the usage of the preposition is wrong.You are good at nitpicking, but English ability is the lowest.You know,I sense deep in my bones that you parade your ignorance.It's selfevident you are klutz.How embarrassing!

Let me be clear! 　

I wanna get you off my chest. The Japanese, the South Korean, and the North Korean are all equal. There is no excellent race,but only exists an excellent individual .It's different from person to person. You got it wrong.Remembering that civility is not a sign of weakness, and sincerity is always subject to proof. Let's explore what problems unite us instead of belaboring those problems which divide us.And so,ask not what you find fault with the other ethnic group,but what together we must make effort to rise up personal growth.

With this faith, we will be able to hew out of the mountain of despair a stone of hope. With this faith, we will be able to transform the jangling discords of both nation into a beautiful symphony of brotherhood.The road ahead will be long. Our climb will be steep. We may not get there in one year or even over five score years,but let us begin. Can we forge against terrorist Asian alliance,South Korea,Japan,China and another soverign Asian countory , that can assure a more fruitful life for all Asian? Will you join in that historic effort?

I do not believe that any of us would exchange places with any other people or any other generation. The energy, the faith, the devotion which we bring to this endeavor will light our country and all who serve it. And the glow from that fire can truly light the world.

Finally

And so, my fellow Asians, ask not what South Korea can do for you; ask what you can do for us.

英語でも日本語でも中国語でも、単語を並べて意味がわかればよいもでもない。同じ意味の単語でも使い方や文型、前置詞によってニュアンスが違ってくる。それに意味がわかったとしても幼稚に見えることもあるしね。日本語も一緒でしょう。同じ意味でも言葉の使い方によって、その人の人間性とか教養がある程度わかるからね。

最後の

Have I made myself clear?

Do you understand?

Does it make sense?

同じ意味でも、少しずつ相手が受け取る感じがちがうからね。日本語も英語も意味が解ってくれるか？ 　 I wonder 　 〜だね。笑

君が気がついているのか、本当に無知なのか解らないが、必死になってごじゃでも言い張ろうとしているのは面白い。人の言葉尻を取って揚げ足を取り、勝ったと自己満足するタイプだね。笑える。

最後に言っておくが、言葉を学ぶと言うのは真似をすること。日本語を覚えたのも、親とか周りの人のいう事を真似をしている間にいつのまにか解りだしたはず。英語も一緒、ただある程度大人になってから、勉強したので理論から入ってしまっている。日本の英語教育が駄目だからね。大学まで出ててもしゃべれない人がほとんどだ。

文法など気ににしないで、文章そのまま覚えて単語を入れ替える方が早いし、正確な英語になる。今アメリカでしゃべっている生の英語がいいね。オバマの演説とかは、文章になっているのが、ネットに出てるからね。それを何度も読んで、まる覚えするとかなりしゃべれるようになると思う。生の英語だからね。アメリカで生活しているのと一緒。

日本人は、英語がまるで駄目の人が多いからしゃべれると武器になるよ。笑
