Additional notes on the textbook issue:
- All of the Japanse textbooks are privately published.
- Private publishers publish various editions of the textbooks and NOT one.
- Schools have the reasonable right to make choices on which textbook to use.
- The adoption rate of the controversial "New History Book" is merely 0.04 %.
