you said , chinese textbooks have never mention the apology of japan to the war, However, has japan ever apologised for her crimes????
There are always some war victims sue japan for her crimes,but they can never get any compensation.The fact is not like what you have said.
I suppose that if japan can regret for her mistakes, apologise to the victim,as well as compensate those victims, no one would blame japan anymore.
Germany has been bad before, they had did similar bad things on jewry just like what old japanese had done on chinese , korean,etc.However, the victims have forgive germany, it's becasue germany can regret for their sins, they know they were really wrong in the past.But japanese has never apologise to the victims, that's why we, those chinese and korean are still that angry !!
