If you really want to defence your country, you don't have to join the army now. What you need to do right now are below:

1. Make yourelf jogging 3 KM in 15-18 minutes. If you have better physical situation, my suggestion 1s 12-15 minutes.

2. In Japan, you can buy a lot of kinds of airsoft guns. Get one that is heavy enough(about 2500-4000 grams). practice your ability to hold the gun and to aim the target.

3. All people knows that Japan is formed by a lot of islands. I believe most Japanese can reach the beach in 90 minutes. Try to get familiar with the nearest beach near your place. It is useful to defence the landing attack.

4. If you have time, make yourself know all the streets in your city or village. It is very important for you to help your army to hold the ground.

5. Keep good relationship with your neighbors. On the battlefield, the soldier next to you is usually your neighbors.

6. Knowing the defence power your country keep.

With such ideas, it is more easier for Japan to keep its own country safe.
