しかも全然意味が分かっていない。

Article 2

(e) Japan renounces all claim to any right or title to or interest in connection with any part of the Antarctic area, whether deriving from the activities of Japanese nationals or otherwise.

(f) Japan renounces all right, title and claim to the Spratly Islands and to the Paracel Islands.

じゃ、なんで日本は国際慣習どおり朝鮮の大使に信任状交換を要求し、国王に対して条約に印を押させて、天皇の批准と捺印をしてから公表したんだ？
そのまま当時の欧米式の条約締結方法じゃないか。
そしてその条約には、朝鮮は自主国だと明記している。
