femoral neck fractureのpatientさんfractureのconditionはstableです
COPDはclassificationがModerateでbronchodilatationの適応となりそうです
temporarinessはFEV1も80%以上までimprovementしてたんですがまた戻ってしまいました
adのperiodはまだまだ伸びそうな予感です・・・

aco先生のdisされたpatientさんself-help devicesを使ってADLがimprovementしたみたいですね♪
わたしself-help devicesをpatientさんの食事のassistanceで使っていますよ
designも可愛くて欲しいなって思うself-help devicesもあります
ことしもHCRに行って素敵なself-help devices探そうかな・・・

new patientさんのcerebral infarctionはsevereっぽいですね・・・
MCAのinfarctionだとcapsularにもareaが及ぶんですね
capsularがinfarctedするとhemiplegiaが強くなりますからね大変です・・・
