国連ニュースによると、アフガニスタン難民支援を行っている地域で、難民やスタッフを守って欲しい人を募っているようですが、こういう地域には「今回の特例措置をもってしても」自衛隊は派遣できないんですよね？アフガニスタンは戦闘地域ですから、そこにはいけないわけですよね？
