具合の方はどうなんでしょうか。私はもやっと病床から復帰したのでこれからはICC（国際法廷）関連の情報なるべくUPしますね。各国でめまぐるしい動きが起きています。特にＥＵ議会の法務大臣会合のニュースは必見。時間を見て翻訳しますね。証拠文書の前半部分の翻訳も、いまとなってはロー・プライオリティですが、なるべく早く済ませます。
速報：CICC-Infoメールニュースによりますと、「カンボジア」と「メキシコ」の議会でICC設立条約批准に向けた審議が進められているそうです。さらに「ペルー」は批准確実で、あとは国連本部における事務処理のみというニュースもあります。先の「ポルトガル」批准間近のニュースと合わせれば、合計４ヶ国が批准秒読みに入っているようです。先日スイスが批准したということで、つまり残り13ヶ国！？年内成立の可能性もありか？ソースおよび内容をまとめると、以下のとおり。

The following reports that the Cambodian legislators "discussed tifying
the Rome Statute" on Tuesday. Previously, in June 2001, Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen pledged that Cambodia would the first outheast Asian nation to ratify the treaty and that he would submit the proposal to the National Assembly soon thereafter.

the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. The deposit at the UN
Headquarters is expected soon.

The following article was published by the Mexican newspaper La Reforma on
Oct. 2, 2001.
During the celebration of the Seminar on "Universal Jurisdiction: Current
Status, Analisis and Perspectives" (hosted and organized by the Universidad
Iberoamericana de Mexico -- Member of the Mexican Coalition for ICC)
Ambassador Juan Manuel Gomez Robledo, Legal Counsellor of the Secretary of
Foreign Affairs, stated that only Article 21 of the Mexican Constitution
has to be amendmed for ratification. By this amendment "of only one article
of the Constitution, Mexico will
recognize jurisdiction of international tribunals, which international
treaties had been ratified."
