期間中の、売り買いが、違法なインサイダー取引である、
みたいなことが書いてあるけど、対象は、「企業関係者」
とか、特には、限定はしてないみたいだね。

米国市場だと、やっぱり、インサイダー取引で罪を問う
ことは、不可能とは言い切れないのでは…。
