Dangerous USA threat to Afg months ago

According to Guardian (UK), USA had given the warning to Afghanistan two months before NY attack.
The warring is the same as what we already know: USA will attack Afghanistan unless Afgan takes Usama to USA.

Some politicians (ex. Israeli PM) mistakenly claimed that they attack USA not because what we did but because what we are. The fact is, on the other hand, that USA already given a dangerous threat to Afghanistan.
