The first revenge against the terrorism by the Japanese Self‐Defense Forces

If Japan needs to assist USA in retaliating against the terrosists, the Japanese Self‐Defense Forces should do the first attack one month before the intensive attack by the USA.
The surprise attack at the initial stage would be very risky, and even the USA may not wish to do it as many antiaircraft missiles are still available. Then, OK, we will do it.
We will attack all the cities and all the sites of refugee camp with huge numbers of aircrafts, which will chage the colour of the sky from blue to gray or black.
But we do not use bomb as our weapon. We will drop over 5,000 boxes filled up with foods, milk, candies, medicines and pills.
The number of the boxes must be the same as the number of lost lives in NY. All boxes must have the name and massage of the dead person. Each box with every each one of the dead person's name and message.
Key to win the war is not to kill persons but to make the enemy lose their enthusiasm for fighting.
I, as Japanese, wish Japan can contribute to the peaceful world by not changing our belief, which we have learnt from our experiences of the world war two.
