Your English is quite good! How long have you lived there? I have lived in Japan for 15 years now.
I dont care for Bush but I dont think there was much of a selection in the election. I couldnt choose between bush and Gore and ended up not voting. But I do think Mr. Powell is a good leader and hope he runs for president. I would vote for him in a hearbeat.
Concerning the US attacking Afghanistan I dont know. I dont think we can just leave the situation as it is or we wll be sending the message that terrorism is ok and that the terrorist will not be punished. But if we do attack many innocent people of Afghanistan will be killed. I wish we could just get the persons actually involved in this horrible act and kill them. They do not deserve a quick painless death but a slow, painful and tortureous death. I am not normally a violent person but I cant help but feel so much anger at the terrorists.
I cant do much from over here but I have sent some money via the red cross. I feel thats the most I can do.
