９時半から10時位までの一般的な認識、事件・事態の推移に対する認識は、

次のようなものであったと考えられる。


それはWTCへの二機の自爆機の追突→ブッシュの演説→ペンタゴンへの攻撃と言うものであった。

したがって、この10時5分までの普通のアメリカ人の認識は、

ブッシュ演説は一回、

それは、フロリダのエマブーカー小学校でのものしかないということを示している。

これによれば、ブッシュ大統領の演説については "apparent terrorist attacks" とあるので、

フロリダ州のエマブーカー小学校での演説についていっていることがわかる。

したがって、当時の認識では、ブッシュ演説はエマブーカー小学校での演説であり、

存在しないサラソタでの演説（？）ではないわけです。
