よくはわかりませんが、
サダムフセイン（Saddam Hussein）のSaddamにnを付けて動詞化したような感じがしますね。
damnは「永久に罰する」「地獄に落とす」という意味ですから、フセインがやってること、
或いは、やろうとしていることにピッタリというわけでしょう。
Saddamned, perhaps, if you do 　 のSaddamnedは過去分詞になってるようです。
つまり、
「サダムによる災いを被る」「サダムによって地獄に落とされる」といった意味ではないでしょうか。
