Dear Coffi Anan, the secretary-general of the United Nations,

With your respect, I will report my opinion on a recent situation of the world. Recently, the world has clearly revealed the economical differences between the rich and the poor; therefore, we have achieved the age that everyone knows what the real poverty for each country is. Besides, the world economy has been shrunk by its disorder since the United States was attacked by terrorists on September 11th. In the Argentine Republic, the country is currently suffering from its liabilities in excess of assets, for example. Furthermore, it seems that the fact effects the social and economical disorder happened in the country. The same thing is happening in my country, too. Perhaps most importantly, these problems cannot be solved easily but it is actually true.

Here, I have one suggestion to you, sir. Under the control of the United Nations, it is that we offer to give our paper money to people who are living in the poorest countries in order that at least those people can live. To adjust imbalances, developed countries should be offered the reduction of the country's debt burden. If these suggestions can be quickly demonstrated by the United Nations, you will easily solve poverty matters caused by terrorists. What's more, it is possible for us to conquer economical disorder all over the world. Anyways, I think that the best idea is issuing bills without any profits for us.
