●訳文 　 エストニアが国家レベルでローマ条約を批准

エストニアが国家レベルでICC設立に関するローマ条約を批准しました。残るは国連本部で批准書を提出するのみです。批准書が国連に提出されるまでは、エストニアの批准は条約の発効へのカウントに加算されません。

●原文 　 Estonia ratifies ICC treaty at national level

Estonia has ratified the Rome Statute of the ICC at the national
level; deposit of ratification at the UN is pending. Until Estonia's
ratification is deposite at the UN, it will not count toward entry
into force of the treaty.
